The goods

Retail merchandise consisting of casual ready-to-wear apparel, scented soy and paraffin candles, ambient home fragrance diffusers, handcrafted nature-themed decorative gifts, topical beard and hair grooming formulations, and canine accessories including collars, leashes, and harnesses. Each listing specifies contents, piece count, and dimensions. Images display the physical items; packaging material may show slight variations.

Ordering and contract

An order is submitted when you finish checkout. We send a receipt notice by email, and the sales agreement takes effect when items leave our depot. We reserve the right to cancel an order for unavailable inventory or unverified data, issuing a full refund immediately.

Prices and payment

Item prices are listed in USD and include applicable sales tax where required. Transport fees show on screen before payment. Allowed payment channels: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious price error occurs, we notify you before dispatch to confirm the corrected charge or cancel.

Delivery

Shipping routes, expected lead times, and rates appear on the Delivery & Payment page. Physical risk transfers to you upon handover of the package.

Product images and colors

Catalog photographs show actual stock items. Displayed tones vary based on monitor settings, viewing software, and room lighting. Minor shade variance does not constitute a defect, a grounds for complimentary return postage, or a claim for damage.

Transfer of risk

We carry responsibility for parcels until the carrier hands them over to you or an authorized recipient at your address. Loss and damage risks transfer at that moment. Mark external box damage on the carrier delivery sheet and notify our counter within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can send items back within 30 days of arrival under the terms on our Returns page. Goods are warranted against structural manufacturing defects and craftsmanship flaws for a period of 30 days from delivery. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, thermal melting of candles due to improper domestic storage, canine chew damage, or skin sensitivities resulting from external topical application.

• Custom-engraved, personalized, or made-to-order artisan decor items.
• Topical beard oils, grooming balms, and hair formulations once the tamper-evident seal is broken.
• Scented candles that have been lit, melted, or show wick trimming.
• Dog collars, harnesses, or bandanas showing visible wear, soil, pet fur, or biological residue.
• Custom-sized or personalized apparel items altered after manufacturing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the cumulative liability of Mesa Craft Goods LLC for any claim arising out of or related to an order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the affected goods or $100, whichever amount is lesser. Nothing in these conditions excludes legal liability that statutory law prohibits waiving.

Age and use

You must reach age 18 to buy from this store. Use all items solely as instructed on their labels. Grooming and fragrance supplies are not daily routine.

Governing law and disputes

The laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal laws of the United States govern these terms, without regard to conflict of law principles. If we cannot resolve a disagreement directly, the court at our registered address handles the case. This does not change statutory consumer protections in your home country.
