Choose
Each product entry lists raw materials, net volume or dimensions, and practical use. Check the notes, check buyer feedback, place it in your cart.
Order
Select cash on delivery or transfer via bank. An email with your order reference arrives immediately.
Dispatch
Orders submitted before our daily deadline ship the same working day, boxed by hand and transferred to an insured courier with full tracking.
Use and return
Use the item as described on the container. If you decide against keeping it, return it within 30 days according to the terms on our Returns page.
Our workshop standards
Selected Raw Materials
We use heavyweight combed cotton, botanical soy wax, cold-pressed jojoba oil, and full-grain bridle leather.
Workshop Assembly
Candles are hand-poured in small vessels, seams are double-stitched, and leather edges are burnished with natural wax.
Manual Quality Review
Each finished garment, bottle, tin, and dog leash passes a visual and tactile check before boxing.
Direct Counter Fulfillment
Parcels ship straight from our Albuquerque workshop in rigid paperboard cartons with recorded tracking numbers.
Common questions
What methods of payment are accepted on the website?We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. You select your payment preference during checkout, and bank instructions are provided immediately on the confirmation page.
When are outgoing orders processed and dispatched?Orders placed before 14:30 on business days are prepared and passed to the delivery carrier the same afternoon. Orders placed after 14:30 leave the workshop on the next working morning.
What is the return policy if an item does not suit my needs?We accept returns for 30 days from delivery for unused items kept in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item at our Albuquerque address, we process your reimbursement by bank transfer.
